Terms & Code of Conduct

The terms of use, code of conduct, and supporter-purchase terms that apply across the Daily Grind Rust network. Server-specific gameplay rules (gather rates, raiding, teleport, teaming) live on each server’s own Rules page.

Acceptance

By connecting to a Daily Grind Rust server or using one of our websites, you agree to these terms, our code of conduct, and the gameplay rules published on the relevant server’s Rules page. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to the whole network — currently Daily Grind 3x (dailygrind3x.com) and Daily Grind 2x (dailygrind2x.com).

Code of Conduct

We want a fair, welcoming server for everyone. Across all our servers:

  • Be respectful — no racism, hate speech, threats, or extreme harassment. Trash talk is allowed; keep it reasonable.
  • No advertising other servers or communities.
  • No building exploits or glitch bases; do not block monuments, recyclers, roads, or safe zones.
  • Do not impersonate staff or other players.
  • Admin decisions are final. Do not argue in chat — open a ticket in Discord, and contact the Owner if you disagree with a staff decision.

Fair Play & Cheating

  • Cheats, scripts, macros, ESP, aimbots, exploits, and bug abuse are strictly prohibited.
  • Ban evasion and alternate accounts used to bypass a ban are not allowed.
  • Abusing bugs or unintended mechanics instead of reporting them may result in a ban.
  • Report suspected cheating or abuse via Discord rather than retaliating.

Enforcement

Rules are enforced at admin discretion. Breaking them may result in warnings, kicks, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans, depending on severity. We may keep moderation and ban records as described in our Privacy & Compliance notice, including to prevent ban evasion.

Supporter Purchases

Supporter perks are optional and exist to help cover server costs. They are cosmetic only and confer no competitive (pay-to-win) advantage.

  • Perks are delivered to the account or in-game identity you specify, and may take a short time to apply.
  • Purchases are processed by a third-party provider; their terms also apply to the transaction.
  • Perks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Some perks reset on a wipe (as described where you purchase them).
  • Except where the law gives you a right to a refund, supporter purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. Contact us if something went wrong and we will try to help.
  • Perks may be withdrawn without refund if obtained fraudulently or used to break these terms.

Availability & Liability

Daily Grind Rust is a community hobby project provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the servers and websites online and wipe on schedule, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and wipes, resets, downtime, or data loss may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Trademark Notice

Daily Grind Rust is an independent, community-run project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios. “Rust” and related marks are trademarks of Facepunch Studios.

Changes

We may update these terms as the network evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and significant changes may also be announced in our Discord. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are provided for clarity and fairness and do not constitute legal advice.
